The Leadership Team includes the Pastor and four leaders (pictured above left to right: Scott Bovill, Richard Golden, Pastor Don Bryant, Andy McCabe and Charles Lawton) elected by the congregation to be guardians of the vision God has entrusted to Coastal. Coastal Church seeks to minimize structure so that it can maximize ministry.  Avoiding multiple layers of committes, the Coastal infrastructure essentially consists of the Leadership Team and Ministry Teams without intevening layers of administration.  Each member of the Leadership Team gives evidence of a whole-hearted relationship with Christ and a mature understanding of Christian truth.  They serve for a term of three years.
